Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of the dispatch of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unwashed and unused, brand new condition).
Please do not send your purchase back to us before contacting us. To arrange return of your product, please email email@example.com with your details, order number and reason for return.
Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return and exchange. We recommend sending the item via tracked courier to ensure that your parcel does not go missing. Boston Babes is not liable for any missing returns and we can only process your return once the item has been received back to us.
If a refund is issued it will be credited to the original purchaser’s card. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for sale items unless faulty.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items that go missing during transit we will raise a claim on your behalf and the freight company will contact you for confirmation. Claims can take up to 4 weeks to process.
